Big News in the World of Alex!

So, as some of you may know, I created the concept for a Web series, wrote the first two episodes and then collaborated with Scott Livesay to write three more (it’s about superheroes and journalism. Woo!). There will be eight episodes in total, creating about a half an hour to forty-five minutes of film…all very exciting.

Today, Scott and I pitched the overall concept and the scripts we had to Plum St Productions, LLC., who then agreed to make it! (HUAZZAH!) Not only that - it will be their next project! (DOUBLE HUZZAH!)

Now, before you get all excited, I’d take some deep breaths. Don’t hold it though, because it’s going to be a while before anything hits your screen. We’re not going to post any videos until we have most (if not all) of it done, so we can release the episodes on a regulated schedule - most likely one a week.

This means that, even if it takes us two weeks to shoot and produce a video, it will be 16 weeks, or four months, before we’re done with them all. And that’s if we’re lucky - it most likely will take us half a year before we’re finally finished… As I said, a while.

Still, the scripts are almost done and we’ve been given the green light for something really original, fun, geeky and awesome. Lookout world, it’s coming:
