The Best Songs of 2010! (so far)

About six months ago, I went through a long explanation of how A) I’m still very close with a group of guys I basically met in 3rd Grade and B) twice a year I make a CD for them full of good new music - Now, the mix isn’t just new songs (although mostly it is), but songs that are new to me. Stuff I first heard since the last mix was made. (Original post can be found here: “A Lookback of the Music”)
I’ve just put together Mix 1/2 of 2010 and delivered it at our annual MovieFest. Once again, ignore the photo - it’s an old old old inside joke. Still, the music is solid, and so, I present to you, the best songs I’ve heard in 2010 so far:
