Last Saturday, I collected a group of eight people and we geeked out harder than I’ve possibly ever geeked out in my life.

How hard did we geek out, you ask? Why, we geeked out: So. Damn. Hard.

You see, through Twitter, I found a place called Arcade Legends in Fairfield. It’s an all-you-can-play video game parlor - Yes, that’s exactly what it sounds like: you pay at the door and then all the games are free.

I rocked everything! X-Men, Simpsons, Ms. Pac-Man, Terminator, Centipede, even Tetris! I shot at things, I beat up villains, I raced cars, I pinned the ball … I even fought Mr. Burns … and anytime you beat up an elderly man is a good day in my book.

I hope you can make it someday … for it truly is … the greatest place ever.

People who attended: Allison, Valerie, Jeff, Jay, Kristi, Tony, Sam and, later, Jesse.
